The Sports betting Tips covers the Letdown game. What exactly is a let down game? Well it is quite simple. It is when a team wins a great game against a big time opponent and then in the next week they are not focused and end up being a bad bet.
Washington caught USC in the Let Down game
Last week it was the USC Trojans that had the huge letdown. Double digit favorites against a team that could not win a game last week USC was a lock to win and cover was a good option too. After a huge win against Ohio St they came out flat and never recovered. They gave Washington hope and they used it to their advantage to win. Every week it is important to look at teams that may be vulnerable to the let down game. This week there are a couple of examples of teams in this spot in college and in the pros.
In the College Ranks it is the Miami Hurricanes that could have a letdown. They beat the Seminoles on the road and followed it up with a big revenge game against the Yellow Jackets. Now they have to get up for a game against Virginia Tech in Blacksburg Virginia. This place is hard enough to play at but the Hurricanes have to try and get up again after two big wins and that can be a tall order, look for a letdown for the Miami Hurricanes.
On the NFL schedule look for a let down game from the New York Jets. They spent all week talking trash against the division rivals New England Patriots. Then they delivered and won against Tom Brady with a great performance on both sides of the ball. Now they have to try and remain focused against a winless team that is out of division in the Tennessee Titans. Even though they are at home look for a letdown with the New York Jets.
