The bad news for the Rubio camp is that the Wolves can only pay $500,000 of the deal due to the collective bargaining agreement deal. I believe the NBA needs Ricky Rubio in the league this kid is a superstar and he will make a huge impact on the league and could have a bigger following and impact than Yao Ming when he joined the NBA. The league should help with the process and get Ricky Rubio in the NBA sooner than later!
